Tori Williams Events Terms & Agreement

THE AGREEMENT
This Course Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Tori Williams Events, a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Georgia, hereinafter referred to as “Course Provider”, and You, the participant in the course, program, or mentorship, hereinafter referred to as “Participant.”
All parts and sub-parts of this Agreement are incorporated by reference. This Agreement governs participation in The TW Academy Online Course(s), Group Mentorship Program(s), and 1:1 Mentorship Program(s) (collectively the “Programs”), and any associated services, materials, or websites operated by the Course Provider.

Article 1 – DEFINITIONS
Course Provider / We / Us: Tori Williams Events and any affiliates, employees, or contractors.
Participant / You: The individual purchasing or accessing the Programs.
Programs: Collectively includes The TW Academy Online Courses, Group Mentorship, and 1:1 Mentorship services.

Article 2 – ASSENT & ACCEPTANCE
By purchasing, enrolling, or participating in any Program, you confirm that you have read this Agreement and agree to be bound by it. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue participation. All payments are final and non-refundable.

Article 3 – AGE RESTRICTION
Participants must be at least 18 years of age to register. By enrolling, you represent that you are legally able to enter into this Agreement.

Article 4 – LICENSE & USE OF MATERIALS
You may be provided access to proprietary content, templates, recordings, or other materials (“Materials”). These are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, transferred, or resold. Any unauthorized distribution will result in termination of access without refund.

Article 5 – COURSE TERMS
Access to online courses and mentorship programs is personal and non-transferable.
Sharing of login credentials or course materials is prohibited.
We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, business results, or personal development results from the Programs.
You are solely responsible for your actions, decisions, and results from participation.

Article 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Materials, content, recordings, templates, and course information remain the exclusive property of Tori Williams Events. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Article 7 – PAYMENT TERMS
Enrollment requires full payment or participation in an approved payment plan.
If payment is not completed on schedule, access to the Programs may be suspended or revoked.
All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

Article 8 – CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
No Refunds: Due to the immediate access to proprietary content, live mentorship, and intellectual property, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Non-Transferable: Program purchases cannot be transferred to another individual or credited toward a future program.
Participant Cancellation: If you choose to withdraw or stop participating, you remain responsible for full payment.
Provider Cancellation: In the rare event that Tori Williams Events cancels a program, Participants will be notified and accommodations will be made at the Course Provider’s discretion.

Article 9 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Programs are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Tori Williams Events is not responsible for business, financial, or personal outcomes. Maximum liability is limited to the lesser of (a) $100 USD or (b) the amount paid in the last six (6) months.

Article 10 – TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate your access for violation of these terms (including sharing content, fraudulent activity, or abusive conduct). Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

Article 11 – GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved first through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will proceed to binding arbitration in Georgia.

Article 12 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the full and complete agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements.

By enrolling in The TW Academy Online Courses, Group Mentorship, or 1:1 Mentorship Program, you acknowledge and agree that:
All sales are final.
No refunds will be issued.
Access is non-transferable.
