  • Do you have a refund policy?

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

  • How do I gain access to the TW Academy Private Zoom Group? I tried to join but was denied access.

You gain access to the private Zoom group with your purchase. Once you purchase a training, it will give you the access code to enter the monthly zoom group.

  • How soon do I gain access to the group?

As long as you enter the access code given to you, you will gain access as soon as Tori schedules the private session.

  • How do I work with Tori’s one on one?

Tori offers one on one private coaching for an additional fee. However, being apart of the TW Academy community will provide you with the link to purchase this service.

 

  • Are the trainings in person or online? 

All of the training classes are virtual and you learn at your own leisure.
